Alejandra Guzman
CEO

Alejandra is a young business woman in leadership proud of her Latin American roots, she immigrated from Peru to Canada on 2015, she has been recognized for her community work in GTA. She has volunteered and worked as an Executive Director for different charities in Toronto contributing to the fight against food insecurity in GTA and the equal access to Education in Latin America, while working in the cleaning industry as well.
 
Alejandra founded Clean for Good as a result of the inspiration she found in her personal story to create a responsible social business in the cleaning industry providing excellent quality and supporting newcomers at the same time.
 
On a normal day you can find Alejandra working full-time still in the International Development field supporting non profits organizations, and you may also find her leading, training and supervising staff at Clean for Good. She is multifaceted.

Kristie Raymundo 
Operations Manager

With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Kristie brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to our team. As an innovative industrial engineer from Peru, Kristie is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, which enhances her ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and projects.


Her role involves ensuring the seamless setup and execution of all sales projects and activities, maintaining organized finances to meet deadlines, and processing strategic improvements to drive continuous enhancement. Kristie also leads operations that support the approval of new projects, demonstrating her ability to drive progress and innovation.

Kristie’s dedication to excellence, combined with her bilingual skills and cultural insight, makes her a valuable asset to our team, contributing significantly to our success in delivering outstanding results.
