Below here you will find the answers for most frequently asked questions about our services.

  • How do I book my first appointment?

    You can fill out this form: (click here). We won’t charge you until after your cleaning. 


  • How much will the cleaning service cost?

    We offer flat rate pricing for cleanings based on the square footage. We are priced very competitively, please see the form (click here) to get a detailed quote for your exact situation – or call us 647 660 0207. We also offer a discount or special packages after the first cleaning.

  • Do you provide all the equipment and cleaning supplies?

    Yes! We provide all the necessaries of cleaning supplies and equipments, however if you prefer that we do use your cleaning supplies and equipments, it's all right just let us know with anticipation. 

  • What areas do you serve?

    We as of now do cleaning in the GTA area of Toronto and the encompassing region which incorporates Peel, Durham, Halton, and York Region.

  • What is included in a cleaning?

    Please see our information about the different services that we offer on our services page. We also have extra services available if you’d like a deeper cleaning or even Steam Sanitation. 


  • Do you clean on the weekends?

    Our Office is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. But we are operating 7 days a week 24 hours!

  • What if I'm not home in the day of the cleaning?

    If you can't receive us in the day of the cleaning, don't worry, you just have to say to us where we can find the key and once the cleaning it's done we'll leave the key in the same spot that we found.

  • How long will my cleaning take?

    Each appointment takes approximately between 2-4 hours. However, it may take longer depending on the size of the house and the complexity of the service required.

  • What is your time schedule to clean?

    Anytime starting at 8 am. Please note that we agree on an advent window, however if you need that we arrive an exact time you have to inform us at the time of your booking, otherwise we're unable to guarantee an exact arrival due to unpredictable problems that we may have.

  • How many people will be cleaning my home?

    According to the size of the home and the services required  you can expect 1 to 5 people. We are incapable to guarantee or make ensures around a particular number of cleaners.

  • Do you accept same day or last minute bookings?

    Normally we can! You can book a cleaning with us on the same day or the another day. Just give us a call to 647 660 0207 and if it's possible we will book you in for a time that suits you.

  • How much notice is required prior to booking? Do you book up fast?

    To secure a spot you should book at least 2 business days in advance.

  • When am I charged for my cleaning?

    If this is a first time cleaning, we require 50% payment in advance prior to the booking, if you wish you can also pay the full amount in advance.   For upcoming cleanings you are good to pay at the end of the cleaning.
