AMA BREWERY - BI marc Thanks to their authenticityAMA BI Bi is produced with Sri Lankan lemongrass. It develops aromas of citrus and aromatic herbs with a strong dominance of lemon. In the mouth the white flowers mix with ginger, juniper, galangal with a finish of white pepper. Its texture is crunchy with elegant and fine bubbles. Bi will be drunk between 9 and 11C as an aperitif in a wine glass. Very versatile, it also goes very well with shellfish, grilled fish, Asian dishes and citrus or dairy
