Tasting Notes: Nose – peppery spice with toffee and caramel to balance the sweetness Palette – sugarcane and candied fruit with peppercorn Finish – soft and lingering with baking spices and a touch of smoke - sazerac
I posit that this strength could potentially be due in part to bourbon barrel influence
Made from an early picked selection from Bischofsgarten in Bad Durkheim and Deidesheim
with notes of jasmine
Grape variety : Chardonnay
Merryvale Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon - 1997 (750ml) Rioja Alavesa Tasting Notes: Nose – peppery
